Money is getting harder and harder to come by these days, and one can only wonder how to earn some without exerting much effort, and without spending a single dime. Well, wonder no more, as in this day and age, free money making opportunities that does not take too much work exist on the Internet. Such comes in the form of online rewards sites, where you get to do tasks in exchange for points or cash; either way, you get something of value for so little work. Many of these sites have been around for quite a while now, and one of these is SendEarnings.

If you are looking all over the Internet for ways to make money online, chances are that you may have stumbled upon SendEarnings. You may have also heard about this site from a friend, or have read about it in an online advertisement. In any case, you may have found yourself curious about SendEarnings, and are likely hesitant to join up or simply would like to know more about the site before you get yourself on board. Today, we will be reviewing SendEarnings and help you decide whether or not this site is a good fit for you.

What Is SendEarnings All About?

SendEarnings is a site where you get rewards for completing certain tasks. Every time you complete an activity in this site, you get points that you can later trade in for real money. SendEarnings only reward you in cash, which you can withdraw as check or as a Visa cash card. If you are familiar with the site InboxDollars, you will notice that it is very similar to SendEarnings. This is because while SendEarnings has been around for quite a while now, the site been inquired by InboxDollars way back in 2005, and the two sites are owned by the same company since then.

How Do You Earn Points in SendEarnings?

SendEarnings is all about earning points and later trading your points in for cash. The site offers several different options to earn points, and as of present, you can earn your points in six ways.

The first of these is by downloading printable coupons that you can use in grocery stores in your area. You can then print them, and use the coupons to buy products from the specified grocery stores. Points will then be credited to your account as soon as you have used the coupons.

The site also feature plenty of games. This includes casual games akin to Bejeweled and casino-style games. Playing games in the site will earn you some points, naturally. However, you will usually get sent to a different site to play a game, and in such cases, you will be asked to sign up.

SendEarnings have also partnered with major brands and retail outlets, including Kmart, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Old Navy, Petsmart, and Wal-Mart. Making purchases from these stores will earn you points by simply putting in the required details from your receipt. There are certain items that are not eligible for points, however. In Wal-Mart, for instance, this includes cellphones, prepaid electronic load, purchases from Sam’s Store, tires, opticals, and gift cards.

Online surveys are also present in SendEarnings, as advertisers also make use of the site to engage their target audience and perform market research. Just like in online survey websites, you get to earn points after you have completed a SendEarnings survey. Surveys reward $0.50 worth of points. As with online survey websites, unfortunately, surveys can be very hard to qualify for. Furthermore, each survey takes time to complete, so this is not exactly a quick point-earner.

Another way to earn points is by reading emails. If you agree to receive emails containing special offers and other advertisement and actually read them, you will get some points in the SendEarnings website. This is your quickest way to earn points.

Lastly, you can earn points by referring friends to the site. Not only will you be rewarded for every referral, but you also get to earn 10% of the points that they earn, forever. You can invite your friends to SendEarnings through links and banners that the site will provide you after you have signed up. Referrals, in this regard, are long term investments and not merely a way to earn a little extra points.

Cashing Out

SendEarnings allow you to cash out your earnings after you have earned a minimum of $30 worth of points. $30 is certainly not a small amount, and is definitely not something that you can earn quickly from the site. Take note that you can only earn points regularly from the surveys that are well-known to be hard to qualify for, games, and by checking out emails, and you can earn points occasionally from everything else. Payout from games vary, and they take time to complete. However, emails will earn you only $0.02 worth of points, while surveys usually reward $0.50, provided that you qualify. Those are not exactly the payouts that you’d expect will get you to $30 quickly, unless you decide to work hard on the site.

Payments can be requested as check or via Visa, and all payment is issued in US dollars. It may take up to two weeks for you to receive your due reward.

After you have cashed out for the first time, you get to become a Gold Member. Gold Members get paid faster, get better loyalty rewards, and get more chances at earning large amount of points.

Is SendEarnings Worth It, Then?

If you are looking for a side activity that will earn you a little extra cash for a teeny bit of effort, SendEarnings should not be out of your options. If you are looking for a rewards site that can essentially become your bread and butter, however, then you’re better off looking somewhere else. Earning points in SendEarnings can be fun, but the rate at which you earn points is really slow, and it will take you a long time to be able to cash out.

Is SendEarnings a Scam?

SendEarnings definitely is not a scam as the site does pay its members. However, everything seems set up to favor the advertisers and the site more than the members themselves. Unfortunately, the site does raise a few red flags. Remember the game redirects that we have mentioned earlier? Some of those links will require you to pay up or hand over your credit card info. Also, most members complain about not receiving tasks or offers when they are so close to getting to the $30 mark, likely so that the site will not have to pay up. This is a lot better than getting deactivated for no reason as in many online survey sites, but still is not a good thing, regardless. Furthermore, if you manage to make $30, it may take a long time for the pay to be sent to you.

SendEarnings is a very slow earner; the rewards per activity is very small compared to the time you’ll spend completing those, and the site seemed set up in such a way that you do not get to cash out quickly. it’s something that you can try out of mere curiosity, but if you are serious about making money in your spare time, then you have other, better options.
